Stranger Starts Fight on Boat
A man was arrested on Friday, June 21 after he allegedly boarded another person’s boat uninvited and then started a fight that ended with both men in the water.

The incident occurred near 13th Street in the Charlestown Navy Yard. According to reports, the suspect boarded the boat and “began to engage the occupants in an aggressive manner.” When he was asked to leave, the man allegedly flicked a lit cigarette at the victim, hitting him in the eye.
“A struggle ensued, during which both parties fell in the water,” according to reports.

The suspect was at the scene when police arrived and was arrested.
Class B Drug Arrest
An individual was arrested for possession of a Class B substance with intent to distribute during a drug investigation in the Medford Street area on Monday, June 17.
Disabled Man Punched in Face
A disabled man was assaulted by another man on Tuesday, June 18 in the Charlestown Navy Yard after the two had an argument over shopping.
The victim, who was “mentally incapacitated,” according to reports, told police officers that another man punched him in the face and pushed him to the ground during the argument. The incident occurred on First Avenue. The suspect was located on Sixth Street and was arrested.
Driver Crashes into Bus after Going Wrong Way
A driver crashed into a bus in the City Square area on Thursday, June 20 after a mechanical failure caused her car to jump the center island into the wrong lane of traffic.
According to police reports, the driver was turning right onto Chelsea Street from the North Washington Street Bridge when her brakes failed, causing her vehicle to cross over the lane divider into the inbound lane where she crashed into at several vehicles, including a Pacific Western bus.
There were no serious injuries reported.
Man Found with His Pants Down
A man was arrested for indecent exposure on Saturday, June 22 after he was found on Austin Street with his pants down and fresh feces beside him.
At around 12:30 p.m., police responded to the area for a reported sex offense. When they arrived, officers found a man who matched the description given by witnesses “sitting by the trees near the parking lot with his pants down around his ankles and his private parts exposed,” according to reports. Officers also noticed fresh feces on the ground next to the man.
The man was arrested and charged with open and gross lewdness.
Three Charged with Class D Drug Possession
Three individuals are being charged with possession of a Class D substance with intent to distribute as the result of a drug investigation in the Thompson Square area on Saturday, June 22. The three are being summonsed to Charlestown Court.
