Police Seize Crack Cocaine, Cash From Charlestown Home

Members of the Boston Police Department’s drug squad seized a loaded gun, drugs, and money from a Charlestown home Wednesday.
Just after 12 p.m., officers executed a search warrant at 9 Walford Way in Charlestown, police said. During the search, officers found 18 grams of crack cocaine, a firearm, and $6,000 in cash.

The resident at the home, 43-year-old Ray Willis, was taken into custody.
Williams was charged with unlawful possession of a firearm and possession with intent to distribute a class B drug.
