Two Alleged Gunmen Held in Charlestown Homicide
They were arraigned Thursday on charges of murder and armed assault with intent to murder.

Two men were ordered held without bail at their arraignment Thursday for fatally shooting Ryan Morrissey and injuring a second man, a recent press release indicated.
Danilo Soto, 21, of Dorchester and a 17-year-old from Charlestown were each arraigned Thursday in Charlestown Municipal Court on charges of murder and armed assault with intent to murder. Both men were ordered held without bail.

The man who allegedly drove the men from the scene was arraigned on identical charges and ordered held without bail Wednesday. Boston Police Tuesday night arrested Julio Baez, 24, of Charlestown on charges of murder for Morrissey’s homicide and armed assault with intent to murder for shooting another man, age 19, who was wounded during the shooting but survived his injuries.
At about 9:40 p.m. on November 5, Boston Police responded to Main Street in Charlestown for a report of a person shot. On arrival, they found the two victims, who were transported to Massachusetts General Hospital. Ryan Morrissey, one of those victims, succumbed to his injuries on November 9.

The three men will return to court on April 15.
