One of Charlestown's own firefighters will be on the roster. Paul Blaikie from Engine Company 50. Paul's a Libra (Sept. 30), and before he was a firefighter, he was in the US Air Force. Want to know more? The auction takes place Thursday at 8 p.m. at Dillon's on Boylston Street.

Debra from Zume's tells me there will be plenty of cupcakes and juice boxes on hand. We'll be there. Stay tuned for photos.

Tonight through June 11, the Working Theater is hosting The Natasha Plays, a triptych of monologues by one of Russia's freshest new theatrical voices, 23-year-old Yaroslava Pulinovich.
