With just a few days left in 2015, here is a look at Chelmsford nonprofits to make a tax-deductible donation to before the year is over.
CHELMSFORD, MA - With just a few days left in 2015, many look to nonprofits and charities to make a tax deductible donation to before the year’s end. Below is a list of some nonprofit organizations in town. Click on the links for more information.
- Budget Buddies Inc. is dedicated to helping low-income women overcome poverty through financial education.

- The Arts & Technology Education Fund’s purpose is to provide supplemental funding to support educational initiatives and projects that enhance the existing curriculum of the Chelmsford public schools.
- Life Saver Ministries is a non-denominational, faith-based organization that operates a residential parenting program, called My Father’s House, for homeless pregnant and parenting young women between the ages of 13 and 21 and their children. We welcome young women regardless of their religious beliefs.

- The Chelmsford Land Conservation Trust works to preserve open space and advocates for land conservation “in our back yard.” The group also works to encourage interest in Chelmsford’s natural history and heritage.
- The Chelmsford Food Pantry offers food, clothing, shelter and companionship for those in need, as well as to act whenever and however possible as advocates for the disadvantaged, and to engage in other charitable purposes lawful in this Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- The Chelmsford Friends of the Library supports the educational, cultural, art and music programs for adults and children, as well as museum passes, computer workstations, equipment, and furniture for both the Anna C. MacKay Branch and the Main Library.
