CHELMSFORD -- Hannaford Supermarket in Chelmsford is recalling some its ground beef sold on Friday (March 31), warning there could be fragments of glass in the beef, NBC Boston reports.
Cleanup of a work area indicated that glass fragments from a broken measuring cup could have gotten into ground beef made at the store.
Store officials say about 30 pounds of 80 percent lean ground beef were sold on Friday.
