Ayer Resident Arrested for Shoplifting at Kohl's

Chelmsford Police Department officers made several arrests in recent days. Below are those arrests, which do not indicate a conviction.

Thursday, July 31

· Loss prevention officers at Kohl’s Department Store reported a shoplifter in custody at 9:31 p.m. Chelmsford Police responded to the scene and arrested Paula M. Hurney, 33, of 37 Markham Circle, Ayer. Hurney was charged with larceny of property over $250.

· Chelmsford Police arrested Jake Robert Marks, 23, of 33 Sheppard Lane, Chelmsford, on three outstanding warrants. The warrants were for larceny over $250, use of a motor vehicle without authority, and two counts of larceny under $250.

· Ederson Vaillant, 23, of 360 Littleton Road, Chelmsford, was arrested on a pair of outstanding warrants. Vaillant’s warrants were for operating a motor vehicle after suspension and suspended registration of an uninsured motor vehicle.
