Bauman on Road to Recovery
While he lost large portions of his legs in the tragic events in Boston, Chelmsford's own Jeff Bauman told WEEI's Dennis and Callahan Morning Show that he is slowly on the road to recovery.

It's been two weeks since the tragic events at the finish line of the Boston Marathon, and Chelmsford's own Jeff Bauman told WEEI's Dennis and Callahan's Morning Show that he's begun rehab.
"It's going fast, but it hurts every day," said Bauman in his first broadcast interview since the day of the Boston Marathon.

On average, it takes approximately 10 to 14 days for an amputee patient to begin their rehabilitation, with many doctors encouraging patients receiving leg amputations to behing rehabilitation as soon as possible.
