The Bruce Freeman Rail Trail Will Be Closed Some Days Next Month
In case you missed it during a busy week, the trail will be closed periodically in August for maintenance.

Portions of the Bruce Freeman Rail Trail will be closed to traffic on Tuesdays throughout August.
The Chelsmford Department of Public Works hired Arbor East to remove and prune trees and clear debris from the trail. The company plans to work every Tuesday in August beginning Aug. 4.
The Rail Trail from the Pond Street location to the Chelmsford-Westford line will be closed on Tuesday, Aug. 4 from 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Additional updates will be given as the location of the work changes each week throughout August.
