Burlington Man Caught on 4th OUI

April 8
- Nicholas Ellis, 25, of 46 Wright Rd. in Ayer was arrested for alleged breaking and entering during the daytime with intent to commit a felony, malicious destruction of property worth over $250, larceny of property over $250 and an oustanding warrant for earlier offenses

- Fredrick Dillon, 57, of 9 Glen Avenue in Chelmsford was arrested for alleged assault and battery as well as an assault and battery charge later discovered on an outstanding warrant.
April 10
- Anthony Donahue, 19, of 136 Gorham St. in Chelmsford was arrested for alleged assualt and battery.

- Bruce Linstad, 33, of 2 Pecos Circle in chelmsford was arrested for alleged assault and battery and intimidation of a witness.
- John Joseph Powers, 58, of 14 Joanne Rd. in Burlington was arrested on charges of alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence, operation of a motor vehicle without lights, failure to use a seatbelt and operation of a motor vehicle after license revocation. The OUI charge was his fourth.
April 12
- Josehph Barbagallo, 52, of 270 Littleton Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested during a motor vehicle stop for alleged driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.
