Van Liew also sent a statement to the us this weekend indicating he has officially filed an appellate brief with the Massachusetts Appeals Court seeking to reverse the decision of the Superior Court dismissing his complaint against the Town of Chelmsford relating to the issue of 9 North Road.

He has also submitted a citizen's petition (Article 32) to reverse the Selectmen's decision on the preservation restriction on 9 North Road for this spring's Town Meeting warrant.
