Chelmsford Christmas Tree, Lights Recycling

Chelmsford Christmas tree and lights recycling services are available through January.

CHELMSFORD, MA — Now that Christmas is over, there are easy ways to dispose of your tree and string lights in Chelmsford. Chelmsford Boy Scout Troop 70 will collect trees through early January for a $5 donation. You can register on the Chelmsford Boy Scout Troop 70 website and the troop will pick up the tree from your home. You can also drop off trees at Community Tree on Billerica Road for $5.

For string lights disposal, there is a crate at the Town Offices next to the Universal Recycling Shed. You can drop off lights in the crate for free through January 12.
