Perform daily maintenance as required at existing Town Sewer Division pump stations as directed by the Sewer Superintendent. Required to mow and trim grass, rake, seed, and fertilizer lawns. Snow removal includes plowing, shoveling, and snow blowing. Paint and perform minor cleaning and repairs as needed at pump stations (interior and exterior), work requires the use of cleaning products. Assist Highway Division with snow removal at Town Office buildings/parking lots/streets as needed. Position is full-time 37.5 hours per week. Hourly rate is $18.6649.

REQUIREMENTS
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools and landscaping equipment required.
• Experience operating grass mowers and prior grounds maintenance as well as custodial maintenance required.
• Must work well independently.
• 1-3 years of related job experience.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required. CDL preferred.
