Chelmsford Police Catch Alleged Billerica Drug Dealer

April 22

• Nicholas Hussey, 20, of 1 Cherry Rd. in Billerica was arrested on charges of alleged possession of a class D drug (marijuana) with intent to distribute.

April 23

• Varian Ricard, 22, of 430 Merrill Ln. in Dracut was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, attaching false plates to a motor vehicle and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

April 25

• Aaron Bannister, 28, of 23 Ash St. in Lowell was arrested for three counts of alleged breaking and entering during the night with a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property worth more than $250.

April 26

• Stacy Hartwell, 41, of 26 Brick Kiln Rd. in Chelmsford was arested on an outstanding warrant for subsequent offenses of driving with a suspended license.
• Darouny Siharaj, 22, of 124 Shaw St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle with intent to endanger and operation of a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

• Jose Miguel Valencia, 20, of 82 Brick Kiln Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested on an outstanding warrant for malicious destruction of property over $250.
