Chelmsford Resident Inducted Into Phi Beta Kappa At Holy Cross
At the school, only the top 8 percent of the senior class and top 2 percent of the junior class are invited to join the honor society.

WORCESTER, MA —Chelmsford resident Elenna Beati, a member of the Class of 2022, has been inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa honor society at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, the school announced this week.
Beati, who studied Psychology, was one of 48 new Holy Cross inductees.
According to its literature, Phi Beta Kappa is the oldest and most prestigious national academic honor society in America and it has celebrated excellence in the liberal arts and sciences and championed freedom of thought since its founding in 1776.

At Holy Cross, only the top 8 percent of the senior class and top 2 percent of the junior class are invited to join Phi Beta Kappa, the school said.
"Membership in Phi Beta Kappa is highly selective, and selection is based primarily on scholastic achievement and breadth of education," Holy Cross said in a statement.
