To the Editor:     I am a resident of North Chelmsford, a Town Meeting Representative, veteran and (somewhat) retired member our community.  I have had a number of ocassions, over the past several years, to observe the deliberations of our Town's Board of Selectmen, and have found Selectman Matt Hansen to be a breath of fresh air among his "more seasoned" colleagues. Mr. Hansen carefully weighs issues and offers articulate inquiries and responses to matters before the Board.  I have come to trust Matt's integrity, judgement and commitment to the Town of Chelmsford.  Ensuring Matt Hansen's continued leadership is not only good, for me, it is good for the future of Chelmsford. I encourage voters to support him, with their vote, on April 2nd.
