At 12:13 a.m., a noise complaint was made regarding an area of Brick Kiln Road.

At 4:16 a.m., a caller reported a suspicious red Cadillac parked in a driveway on Sturbridge Drive.

At 7:10 a.m., a box truck ran out of gas at the Drum Hill Road rotary.

At 9:43 a.m., a caller asked police to check on a man laying in shrubs on Drum Hill Road.

At 6:22 p.m., a male shoplifter was reported to be in custody at Wal-Mart.

At 7:07 p.m., larceny form a motor vehicle was reported with damage to the vehicle’s headlights.

At 8:24 p.m., police were dispatched to check for a two-car crash near Parkhurt Road and the Drum Hill Liquors. Police subsequently arrested Ashok Kumar Memi, 43, of Lowell. Mehmi was charged with operating under the influence of liquor, failure to yield at an intersection and negligent operation to endanger.

Tuesday, Aug. 25

At 12:38 a.m., a large group was reported to be at a picnic table on Drum Hill Road.

At 9:46 a.m., a bobcat sighting was reported in the area of Old Westford Road.

At 11:39 a.m., a large turtle was reported to be in the roadway near Raymond and Mill roads.

At 11:56 a.m., a report of chickens in a yard on Quigley Avenue was made.

At 3 p.m., vandalism to a mailbox was reported.

At 4:01 p.m., a shoplifting suspect was reported to be in a store on Parkhurst.

At 4:53 p.m., a man was reported to be lying on the sidewalk on Parkhurst.

At 11:39 p.m., a request to check on the well-being of an intoxicated and passed out man was made.
