Man Charged with Second OUI Following Hit-and-Run

Saturday, Nov. 21

At 1:42 a.m., police arrested Patrick Tauro, 21, of Tewksbury following a motor vehicle crash at Dalton Road and Stedman Street. Tauro was charged with operating under the influence of liquor (second offense) and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage.

At 9:10 a.m., a caller reported a female was asking customers at Starbucks for money.

At 5:10 p.m., a two-car crash with injuries was reported near Technology Drive an Norther Avenue.

At 5:11 p.m., a caller complained about a neighbor blowing leaves.

At 5:40 p.m., Wal-Mart reported that a male shoplifter was in custody.

At 9:13 p.m., a report came in of neighbors yelling.

At 9:24 p.m., a man was reported to be asking for money at Cumberland Farms.

At 11:26 p.m., a caller reported an unknown person had rung the doorbell.

Sunday, Nov. 22

At 1:43 p.m., police spoke with a homeowner about an “act in woods.”

At 6:56 p.m., a past shoplifting incident was reported.

At 7:58 p.m., possible shoplifting was reported on Drum Hill Road. Police subsequently placed a 32-year-old Lowell man in protective custody.

At 8:28 p.m., a suspicious man was reported at Dunkin Donuts on Drum Hill Road.
