  • Emmanuel Colon, 17, 40 Knox St. in Lawrence, was arrested on charges of alleged illegal possession of a Class B substance.
  • Frank Arthur MacKenzie, 24, of 43 Cloverhill Cir. in Tyngsborough was arrested on charges of alleged carrying of a dangerous weapon

  • Thomas McMaster, 27, of 15 South Wilder St. in Lowell was arrested on charged of alleged operation of a motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license, and outstanding warrants for speeding and two previous counts of operating an uninsured vehicle 
  • Luis Rubero-Perez, 34, of 25 Temple St. in Lowell, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

June 4

8:55 p.m. - A woman and her boyfriend arrived at the Chelmsford Police station to report that a man had left his car just before the North Road onramp to 495 Southbound and attacked them.

According to police reports, the man "sucker punched" the boyfriend in the back of the head, claiming the man spraypainted his car earlier.

The boyfriend did not want to file charges, stating that the man "punched like a girl."
