Man Walks Down the Road Backwards, Loose Beagle, 'Flash and Bang:' Police Log

At 7:37 a.m., a loose beagle was reported on Porter Road.

At 11:24 a.m., a suspicious man was reported on Dalton Road.

At 12:28 p.m., a man was reported to be walking down the road backwards.

At 12:42 p.m., larceny by check was reported.

At 1:56 p.m., a “bang and flash” were reported.

At 3:44 p.m., a panhandler was reported on the rotary.

At 4:27 p.m., an unknown substance was reported to be leaking into the river.

At 8:02 p.m., a suspicious man reportedly ran across the street near Jonathan Lane and Cathy Road.
