Minors Arrested for Liquor Possession, Operating Under the Influence

At 2:06 a.m., police arrested Alec Espinola, 18, of Framingham. Espinola was charged with being a minor transporting liquor. During the same incident, officers arrested Ethan Robert Graves, 18, of Lowell, charging him with operating under the influence of liquor and being a minor transporting liquor.

At 12:24 p.m., a road rage incident was reported.

At 4:31 p.m., shoplifting was reported.

At 5:09 p.m., shoplifting from Olympia Sports was reported. Police arrested Colleen Smith, 56, of Lowell, charging her with shoplifting.

At 6 p.m., a customer dispute was reported at New England Tropical Pet.

At 10:15 p.m., a strong smell of marijuana was reported in the area of Wiggin Street.
