North Chelmsford Man Arrested for Driving on Revoked License, Texting While Driving

At 12:59 a.m., loud music from a neighboring garage was reported on Carlisle Street.

At 1:12 a.m., a loud banging sound was reported on Brick Kiln Road.

At 9:09 a.m., an elderly man was reported to have possibly overdosed on pain medications.

About 11 a.m. (no specific time was available), police arrested Michael Desousa, 39, of North Chelmsford. Desousa was charged with operating a motor vehicle on a revoked license and texting/emailing while driving.

At 11:58 a.m., a check on a dog closed in a car was requested.

At 3:11 p.m., a neighbor dispute was reported on Moore Street.

At 5:20 p.m., a suspicious solicitor was reported on Footpath Road.

At 5:59 p.m., a male shoplifter was apprehended by loss prevention at Wal-Mart.

At 6:06 p.m., a solicitor was reported on Charlemont Circle.

At 7:25 p.m., a motor vehicle crash involving a tractor trailer was reported on Gorham Street.
