Police Arrest Alleged Drug Dealer, Jury Duty Evader

April 29

• Christopher Beaton, 24, of 421 River Rd. in Tewksbury was arrested on an outstanding warrant for charges of alleged assault with a dangerous weapon and larceny.
• John Graves, 47, of 288 Littleton Rd. in Chelmsford was arrested on a warrant for allegedly not registering a a sex offender.
• Nichole Ryan, 25, of 568 Chandler St. in Tewksbury was arrested for alleged shoplifting.
• Jenna Whitman, 24, of 780 West St. in Lunenburg was arrested for alleged driving with a suspended license and larceny of property over $250.

April 30

• Jorge Colon-Maldonado, 36, of 464 Merrimack St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged larceny of property over $250.
• John Fernandez, 23, of 12 Fenwick St. in Lowell was arrested for alleged larceny of property over $250.

May 2

• Luis Angel Maldonado, 37, of 5 Wright St. Lowell was arrested on two outstanding warrants for alleged driving with a suspended license.

May 4

• Norman Jutras, 43, of 86 Ellis Ave. in Lowell was arrested for alleged operation of a motor vehicle with a license suspended due to substance abuse, operating an unregistered vehicle and an outstanding warrant for failing to attend jury duty.
• Rafal Lepicki, 25, of 97 Maple Ave. in North Andover was arrested on outstanding warrants for alleged distribution of class B drugs and trafficking in controlled substances.
