Police Check Suspicious Backpack and Find Stolen Property

At 2:41 p.m., a loud party was reported in the area of Dalton Road.

At 3:19 a.m., a suspicious woman was reported to be knocking on the sliding door of an apartment on Boston Road.

At 12 p.m., a past shoplifting incident was reported to have occurred at a Chelmsford Street business.

At 3:49 p.m., a report came in of a man who had overdosed.

At 5:39 p.m., officers checked the area of I-495’s south rest stop for a suspicious backpack. The log notes that “stolen property -- firearms” were recovered.
