Police Make Arrest After a Bicyclist is Struck

Plus, an ex-employee causes a disturbance, a man is arrested on warrants and shoplifting is reported.

At 10:02 a.m., a bicyclist was reported struck by a vehicle. Timothy F. Brady, 46, of Billerica, was subsequently arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle after a license suspension.

At 11:29 a.m., a past residential breaking and entering attempt was reported.

At 4:58 p.m., a past employee of Popeye’s was reported to be causing a disturbance at the restaurant. Seth C. Love, 29, of Lowell was subsequently arrested as a fugitive from justice.
