Police Make Warrant Arrests of Chelmsford Man, Tewksbury Woman

Here's the latest from the Chelmsford Police Department log.

Sunday, Sept. 20

At 3:04 a.m., a dirt bike was reported in the area of Stedman Street and Dalton Road.

At 4:01 a.m., people were reported for being loud on Littleton Road.

At 10:50 a.m., police arrested two individuals during traffic enforcement activities. Nicholas Bard, 4, of Chelmsford was arrested on a warrant for Class A drug possession. Kayla Freda, 21, of Tewksbury, was arrested on two warrants: one for receiving stolen property and the second for Class B drug possession.
