CHELMSFORD, MA -
Thursday, Feb. 25
At 1:23 a.m., a tree was reported in the roadway of Westford Street.

At 1:51 a.m., a downed tree limb was reported near High Street and Somerset Place.
At 2:03 a.m., wires were pulled from a house and were arcing.

NOTE: Multiple other downed trees, limbs and wires were reported through the morning hours.
At 7:07 a.m., the train was reported to be blocking the road at Meadowbrook and Main.
At 9:19 a.m., a possible skimming device at gas pumps was reported.
At 11:42 a.m., a missing purse was reported.
At 11:51 a.m., a report of check fraud came in.
At 3:34 p.m., a caller reported an unknown dog in the garage.
