At 11:38 a.m., a suspicious man and woman were reported to be walking near Delwood Road and Stedman Street.

At 11:45 a.m., an owl was reported to be sitting on a deck on Warwick Drive.

At 12:28 p.m., a motor vehicle stop led to the arrest of Emanuel C. Santos, 42, of Malden. Santos was charged with unsafe operation, operating after having a license revoked and giving a false name to police.
