Westford Man Arrested on Drug, Motor Vehicle Charges

Chelmsford Police Department officers made several arrests in recent days. Below are those arrests, which do not indicate a conviction.

Tuesday, Feb. 25

  • Chelmsford Police took Robert R. Forgione, 54, of 1 Technology Drive, North Chelmsford, into custody on an outstanding warrant.
Thursday, Feb. 27
  • Officers arrested a Westford resident on six different charges following a traffic stop on Parkhurst Road. Victor G. Costa, 20, of 8 Makepeace Road, Westford, was arrested for possession of Class D drugs with intent to distribute, illegal possession of a Class B substance, minor carrying or transporting liquor, failure to own a motor vehicle inspection, operating a motor vehicle without a license in possession, and operating a motor vehicle without registration in possession.
  • Steven A. Cullinane, 22, of 29 Higate Road, Chelmsford, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
  • Stephen Sean Foley, 40, of 406 Pawtucket Street, Lowell, was arrested for shoplifting by asportation of merchandise following an alleged theft on Chelmsford Street.
Friday, Feb. 28
  • Police were called to Wal-Mart on Drum Hill Road for a possible shoplifting in progress. Following the incident, officers arrested Melissa A. Beauchesne, 33, of 86 Baldwin Street, Lowell. She was charged with shoplifting by asportation of merchandise and an outstanding warrant.
  • A man and woman were reportedly fighting on Tyngsborough Road. Police responded to the scene and arrested Brianna L. Campbell, 25, of 132 Tyngsborough Road, North Chelmsford, for assault and battery and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor.
  • Patrick J. Kelly, 22, of 48 Middlesex Street, Chelmsford, was arrested on warrants for shoplifting, using a false name, aggravated assault and battery, and possession of Class E drugs.
