Coronavirus test sites: Some private pharmacies may be open on the holiday for rapid tests. Check for test sites here.

Fast food: Chains eateries like McDonald's, Dunkin', Starbucks and Subway might be open, but hours may vary from store to store.

Government: City Hall, schools and the library are closed. The U.S. Postal Service will not deliver mail on Thanksgiving.

Grocery stores: Shaw’s and Star Market, Trader Joe’s, and Wegmans are all closed. Find details about other stores here.

Liquor stores: State law requires all liquor stores to stay closed on Thanksgiving (and Christmas Day).
