Town issues credits to customers overcharged on water/sewer bills (concordbridge.org) — Concord water and sewer customers may see credits or corrected bills this month after nearly 700 accounts were accidentally overcharged in recent billing cycles. Town staff, working with the Concord Municipal Light Plant and software providers, say all affected users will be made whole and are also rolling out new water meters to reduce future billing errors.
