In preparation for the Finance Committee’s Public Hearing regarding the Town Budget on Thursday, March 3rd at 7PM, the Town Manager’s Proposed Budget for fiscal year 2023 has now been published on the Town’s website.  The document provides information about the financing plan and expenditures for the $124,728,337 operating and capital budget.  To access the Budget Book, please go to the Finance Department webpage at www.concordma.gov and click on Budget Books (on the left of the page) and select General Fund Budgets – FY2023, or click on 2023-Budget-Book (concordma.gov).
