14 Arrested During Christmas Week

The following are excerpts from the department log, Wednesday December 21 through Sunday December 25.

Wednesday Dec. 21

• At 5:36 p.m. police arrsted Donna Baxter, 55, of 103 Liberty Street in Lynn, and Catherine Scalesse, 43, of 71 Putnam St. in East Boston on charges of shoplifting at . This incident was noted as Baxter's third offense, and Scalesse's second.
• Valdinei Andrade, 36, of 95 Main St. in Peabody, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle with a suspended license, and improper equipment at 7:22 p.m.
• Daniel Hatt, 24, of 379 Main St. in West Newbury, was arrested on charges of domestic assault and battery, after he was reported forcing entry and then assaulting a victim at 10 Hyde Street. 
• John Baracewicz, 48, of 153 Summer St., was arrested on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and disorderly conduct at his residence at 9:37 p.m.

Thursday Dec. 22

• A DVD player was reorted stolen from a vehicle parked at at 12:49 a.m.
• A laptop was reported stolen from a vehicle parked at at 9:19 p.m.
  

Friday Dec. 23

• A 43-year-old male from Jacksonville, Florida was placed in protective custody after he was found staggering in the road on Route 114 at 5:46 p.m.
• A GPS was reported stolen from a vehicle on Riverside Street at 7:03 p.m.
• A vehicle's window was reported smashed at at 7:17 p.m. 
• Michelle Brandt, 39, of 550 Cambridge St. in Worcester, was charged with shoplifting at at 7:41 p.m.
• Emilio Ramos, 60, of 83 Maple St., was arrested on two counts of domestic assault and battery at 7:39 p.m., after he was reported pushing his grandchildren.
• Jodi Dewitt, 17, of 17 Lakeview Rd. in Essex, and Samantha Nieberle, 17 of 4 Spring St. in Essex, were arrested on charges of shoplifting at at 11:18 p.m.

Saturday Dec. 24

• A fight between two females at was reported to police at 1:51 a.m.
• Barry LeBlanc, 18, of 18 Buxton Rd. was arrested on charges of shoplifting at Walmart at 1:23 p.m.
• Linsey McDonald, 26, of 39 Story Ave in Beverly, was arrested on charges of shoplifting at Kohl's at 3:18 p.m.
• Debra Senibaldi, 24, of 120 Eutaw Ave. in Lynn, as arrested on charges of shoplifting at Kohl's at 5:05 p.m.
• An intoxicated person at the was reported to police at 5:11 p.m.

Sunday Dec. 25

• Alexander Perez, 27, of 5111 Cranebrook Way in Peabody was arrested at 12:09 a.m. at on charges of domestic assault and battery and threats/intimidation. 
• Wendi Mattos, 43, of 15 Purchase St. was arrested at 12:47 p.m. on charges of malicious damage/defacement of property and disorderly conduct.
• A door at the Liberty Tree Mall was reported shot with a BB gun at 1 p.m.
• A domestic dispute at 18 Princeton St. was reported at 5:40 p.m.
• A fight was reported on 36 Preston St. at 8:36 p.m.
