Suspicious Moving Trash Bag Reported to Police

The following are excerpts from the log Monday July 25 through Thursday July 28.
Monday July 25
- At 11:35 a.m. police found and recovered bullets at .
- At 9:26 p.m. police received notification of a maliciously damaged vehicle on Cabot Road. The car faced damage on the doors and window.

- A house break was reported at 9 Endicott St., at 11:48 a.m.
- An individual called police to report something moving inside of a trash bag at 11:55 a.m. on Maple Street. After police investigated, they found that the bag, which was full of dirty kitty litter, was moving due to the breeze.
- At 9:16 p.m. police responded to a two-car accident at the corner of Andover and Garden Street. Heather Dzierzak, 37, of 106 Ash St., was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor, failure to yield at an intersection, having no inspection sticker, and license not in possession.
- Police responded to 5 Hood Terrace on report of a domestic disturbance. Jose Reynoso, 35, of 5 Hood Terrace, was arrested and charged with domestic assault and battery and intimidation of a witness.
Wednesday, July 27
- Sunglasses were reported stolen from a vehicle at 7 Day Ave. at 10:08 a.m.

- Police were dispatched to at 6:52 a.m. on a report of a disturbing the peace situation. When police arrived, they determined it had been an unfounded call.
- A purse and GPS were reported stolen from a vehicle in the parking lot at at 10:06 a.m.
- At 2:07 p.m. police arrested Alexandra Trkla, 23, of 40 Pleasant St., in Beverly, after she was reportedly found shoplifting more than $100 worth of clothing and jewelry from .
