Ingredients

2-3 cans of artichoke hearts, drained

1/2 T of mayonnaise

Parmesan cheese to taste

Jalapenos to taste

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together and spread in a large pie pan. Sprinkle the top with a bit more parmesan cheese and broil on low until the top is golden. Use as a spread for crackers or sliced baguette.

Croissant Roll Appetizers

Provided by the IVY program at Swampscott High School

Croissant rolls

Sliced mushrooms

Dash of olive oil, salt and pepper

Any other leftovers

Shredded cheese

Directions:

Flatten croissant rolls and break into triangles.

Mix mushrooms, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Dice leftovers, if preferred.

Fill and wrap croissant triangles with mushrooms or leftovers.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in the oven at 400 degrees for about 8-10 minutes.
