2 From Stoneham, Boston Arrested In Dedham On Gun Charges
The arrests came following a traffic stop on Interstate 95.

DEDHAM, MA — A high capacity gun was found during a traffic stop on Interstate 95 in Dedham early Saturday morning.
At about 3:15 a.m., a trooper stopped a Toyota Corolla on I-95 South as it was exiting towards Route 1 South for motor vehicle violations. Following an investigation, the driver, 29-year-old Johnny Molina of Boston and the passenger, 28-year-old Diana Pierre of Stoneham, were arrested after police allegedly found a loaded Smith & Wesson 9mm handgun, with a large-capacity magazine. Molina and Pierre are not licensed to carry a gun, State Police said.
Molina was charged with possession of a firearm without an FID card, carrying a loaded firearm, possession of ammunition without an FID card, possession of a large capacity weapon or feeding device, improper storage of a firearm, and marked lanes violation. Pierre was charged with possession of a firearm without an FID card, carrying a loaded firearm, possession of ammunition without an FID card, possession of a large capacity weapon or feeding device, improper storage of a firearm, and failure to wear a seat belt

Both were released on bail, and were due to be arraigned in Dedham District Court.
