The Dedham Board of Health has scheduled a flu clinic for Wednesday evening, Nov. 7, 2012 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Dedham Middle School, 70 Whiting Ave, Dedham, for anyone 6 months of age and older.
You can get the necessary forms ahead of time on our website: www.dedham-ma.gov, the library, Town Hall or email mlaroche@dedham-ma.gov.
