Dedham School of Music to Host Open House
The open house will take place on Saturday, September 12.

The Dedham School of Music will be holding an open house on Saturday, September 12, from 11a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Dedham Community House on 671 High Street.
The open house will serve as an opportunity to meet some of the teachers and let children try out instruments. The open house will also feature some unique special events showcasing a new course and two new teachers.
A 10-minute test drum lesson will be given by our new faculty member, Sergio Bellotti, an acclaimed jazz drummer and a member of the faculty at Berklee.

A-15 minute demo of our new Dalcroze Eurhythmics class for children aged 3-5 will also be given.
Eurhythmics is an innovative style of learning music for young children that focuses on teaching students to express what they hear through physical body movements, though it also incorporates other techniques such as ear training.
