A former MBTA worker is suing the T after they charged her $7.80 to obtain a copy of her personal files, the Boston Herald reports.

Jeanie Williams, of Dedham, had been working with the T since 2008 as a train operator and in customer service up until this past winter. When she requested a copy of her work files, the T informed her that she would be charged $0.20 per page.

Williams’ lawyer was outraged after learning of the incident, saying all documents should be free to T employees. Matthew Fogelman filed a lawsuit in Suffolk Superior Court on Monday.
