DJWC Invites Community to Their 41st Annual Craft Show

The Craft Show is the largest fundraiser held by the Dedham Junior Women's Club

The Dedham Junior Women's Club would like to extend an invitation to community residents to attend their 41st Annual Craft Show on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at the Dedham Middle School. The Craft Show begins at 9:00 am until 3:00 pm.

The Craft Show is the largest fundraiser that the Dedham Junior Women's Club holds each year. The Craft Show raises between $12,000-$15,000 which comes from space rental fees, admission fees, luncheon profits, and the Crafters Raffle Table proceeds.

These funds enable the Dedham Junior Women's Club to support community organizations and groups when they receive requests for donations. For example, the Dedham Junior Women's Club has extended financial support to Dedham Day, Dedham Community House Summer Camp, the Dedham Food Pantry, Dedham Girls Softball, Dedham Flag Day Parade. and funded the Dedham High School student trip to the Kennedy Institute at the JFK Library. The proceeds from the craft show also help to fund the Arts at Endicott free music series that takes place every summer at the Endicott Estate. The DJWC also offers four scholarships to Dedham students each year to help defray the cost of higher education.
