Kouzina Chef to Hold Cooking Demonstration Monday in Dedham

The Mother Brook Arts and Community Center in Dedham will hold another cooking demonstration Monday as part of its ongoing Chefs’ Table Series TV Cooking Show.

This week’s demonstration will feature Kouzina Estiatorio Chef Xeno Sountoulidis, who will be cooking braised lamb shank served with roasted lemon potatoes and Greek salad.

The demonstration will be held Monday, Sept. 29 at 6:15 p.m. at the Mother Brook Arts and Community Center, 123 High St. in Dedham.

Entrance to the demonstration will be $25 per person; attendees will be featured to a glass of wine, the plated meal and dessert. Sountoulidis will also be on hand to meet with attendees. Fornax Bread Co. will donate artisan bread, while Sugar Bakery will donate desserts.
