Monday Essentials: Candlelight Service for Senior; Dedham Open Studios; & Square Reopening
On Saturday is Preview Day for Dedham Open Studios.
- On Monday night there is a public Candlelight Service in honor of Dedham's senior citizens. All are welcome and candles will be provided. 6 p.m. Lawn of the First Church of Dedham at 670 High St.
- The Dedham Board of Selectmen is meeting on Thursday at the Dedham Middle School to discuss the purchasing of the Rustcraft Road property for the purposes of citing a new police station, town hall, senior center and more. There will be a presentation on the Rustcraft proposal, possible reuse of the buildings, and residents can ask questions. This meeting is open to the public. 7 p.m. 170 Whiting Ave.
- Dedham Square is having its grand reopening this weekend with oodles and oodles of great events - including a preview of Dedham Open Studios, live music, giveaways and more.
- On Saturday is Preview Day for Dedham Open Studios. Browse work from local artists which will be for sale on Sunday, Oct. 6.
