Dedham Drug Dealer Sentenced To 8 To 16 Years In Prison In New Hampshire On Firearm, Fentanyl, Meth Charges

CONCORD, NH — A drug dealer from Massachusetts has been sentenced to eight to 16 years in prison for selling pounds of drugs in the Granite State.

Christopher Antonio Guzman De Los Santos, 24, of Dedham, MA, pleaded guilty to 10 felony counts, including conspiracy to sell a controlled drug, one dispensing methamphetamine, one possession of meth, one possession of meth with intent to sell, felonious use of a firearm, two sale of meth, and four counts of sale of fentanyl. Guzman De Los Santos was sentenced to eight to 16 years in the New Hampshire State Prison for Men, stand committed, on the conspiracy charge. He received suspended sentences for the other charges.

During February and March, Guzman De Los Santos sold fentanyl and meth to undercover officers in Concord — including around 400 grams of fentanyl and 2 pounds of meth. Guzman De Los Santos was armed with a loaded handgun during one of the sales.

Michael Garrity, the director of communications for the attorney general’s office, said the investigation and resolution of this case was the result of the collaborative efforts of the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Drug Prosecution Unit and the New Hampshire State Police’s Narcotics Investigation Unit.

Kelvin Diolisel Lopez Perez has a plea and sentencing hearing on his charges booked for Jan. 29, 2026, in Merrimack County Superior Court.
