Good Energy will be sending a Customer Notification Letter for enrollment in the Dedham CEA program to about 1,150 new electricity accounts in Dedham.

What is Dedham CEA?
Dedham CEA is an electricity supply program organized by the town of Dedham to provide residents and businesses with new, town-vetted options for electricity supply. The delivery of electricity and billing for use is still completed through Eversource, so customers continue to receive one bill from the utility.

The program began in 2016 and has been renewed for another 35 months, starting January 2021 through December 2023.

To manage the Dedham CEA program, the town partners with an aggregation consultant, Good Energy, L.P.. For support, please contact Good Energy at 844 –MASSCEA (627–7232) or email at support_ma@goodenergy.com.
For questions about your enrollment or participation, you may contact the electricity supplier, Constellation at (833) 461-0813. M – F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (excluding holidays) and vst@constellation.com.
