All Non-Emergency Town Offices will be closed on Monday, October 11, 2021, including the Dedham Public Library:

TOWN OFFICES/BUILDINGS CLOSED ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 11, 2021:

• Town Hall
• Ames Senior Center
• Public Library (both locations)
• Dolan Center
• Public Works

Note: Police Department and Fire Department remain open 24 hours / 7 days a week:

• For emergencies: Call 911
• For Police Non-Emergency: Call 781-751-9300
• For Fire Non-Emergency: Call 781-751-9400

TRASH AND RECYCLING

Trash and Recycling services will still follow a regular schedule and WILL NOT be delayed because of the holiday. Mark your calendars! The Dedham Dept. of Public Works will be hosting another Cardboard Recycling Event on Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to Noon. Bring your flattened cardboard to 55 River Street for free disposal. No other items will be accepted for recycling at this event.

FIRE DEPARTMENT OPEN HOUSE ON SATURDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2021

Bring your family, friends, and neighbors to the Fire Department Headquarters this Saturday, October 9, 2021, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to meet your local firefighters, tour the trucks and equipment, learn about the job, and eat some pizza! Don't forget to take a selfie and tag us online at #DedhamThrives.

COMMUNITY FLU CLINICS FOR DEDHAM RESIDENTS

The Dedham Health Department is hosting two more flu clinics in October for Dedham residents to register to receive the flu vaccine at no cost, with or without health insurance. Appointments are required and registration can be done online using the links below:

• Community Flu Clinic (open to ages 5 years and older): Saturday, October 16, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
  • Where: Dedham Middle School Gymnasium, 70 Whiting Avenue, Dedham, MA 02026

• Senior Flu Clinic #2 (65 years or older): Tuesday, October 19, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
