D-S Boys and Girls Soccer Both Advance in Playoffs
Both teams will advance to the quarter-finals in their respective tournaments.

The D-S boys and girls varsity soccer teams advanced to the quarter-finals of tournament play with their dominating performances on Monday.
The boys defeated Harwich High School at Frothingham Field, 6-0, taking their first step to defending their Div. 3 State Championship from last year.
The Raider boys outshot the Rough Riders 11-5 in the match behind an aggressive offense led by Chris Flight.

Flight had two goals and two assists in the game. Jake Grossbaum, Walker Littlehale, Johnny Coutts and Sam Hunter also scored in the rout.
The girls also won 6-0 beating Blue Hills on the road in Canton.

Junior Taylor Coutts led the Lady Raiders with two goals and an assist.
The girls outshot Blue Hills 11-3 and also got goals from Maddie Dunn, Nadine Culter, Elizabeth Rummel and Ellie Melanson.
The boys will move on to play Hanover High School at home on Wednesday, Nov. 9, at 6:00 p.m. for a chance to play in the semi-finals.
The girls will have to take the ferry to Nantucket High School on Wednesday, Nov. 9, for a 5:15 p.m. match.
