D-S Boys' Lax Draws Number One Seed, First Round Bye in Tournament

The D-S boys' lacrosse team will get a first round in the Division 3 East Tournament after drawing the number one seed, the MIAA announced Friday.

The Raiders finished the season with a record of 15-4 and a share of the Tri-Valley League title with Medfield.

Throughout the season D-S had winning streaks of seven and eight, respectively. However, they ended the season with two straight losses to Medfield and Franklin.

The Raiders will play the winner of Tuesday's preliminary round matchup between Minuteman and Swampscott.

Last season D-S played in the losing to Weston, 5-4.
