Firefighters Battle Massive Needham Christmas Eve Blaze: Reports
The house fire started Wednesday morning.
NEEDHAM, MA — Firefighters battled a Wednesday morning blaze in Needham.
WCVB called the fire "serious."

"The incident occurred on Woodworth Road, a dead-end off South Street," WCVB reported. "Property records show several homes valued at between $1 million and $4 million in the neighborhood."

Several departments responded to the fire, per Boston 25.

"Firefighters and other emergency personnel could be seen wading through haze and smoke after a home on Woodworth Road in Needham caught fire around 6:00 a.m. Wednesday," the Boston 25 story said.

The home was engulfied in flames, according to NBC Boston.
"Aerial footage showed a massive fire going through the roof, with smoke billowing into the air," the network said.
