The Dover Church will continue its 250th Anniversary Year celebration on March 4 at 10:00 am, with their third commemorative service reflecting on 1862 and the impact of the Civil War on the church. The serice will include music by Dudley Buck and Horatio Parker, mid-1800 Boston composers whose music compositions reflect the emotions and attitudes of the time. There will also be a coffee hour, that will include a display of Civil War regalia as well as food from recipes of the mid 1800's. The event will also feature special historic games for children. Everyone is welcome to experience and reflect on the church and town during that historic period.
