Deer Hit or Killed- 8:20 a.m.
County Street, Westwood line- Motorist reports that he struck a deer. Deer took off into the woods and left a large dent on the hood of his vehicle. Information taken.

B&E Motor Vehicle- 9:45 a.m.
Springdale Avenue, Dover Town House- Resident stated that while he was in the Dover Town House around 9:15 a.m. someone went into his vehicle and took his wallet. The vehicle was parked on the right hand side of the lower lot in the shade.

Wire(s) Down- 8:00 a.m.
Cross Street- Reporting party said there are wires downs between the pole at the street and the house. NSTAR notified.
Motor Vehicle Stop- 10:46 a.m.
Farm Street- Verbal warning issued for speeding.
Wednesday- August 3, 2011
Animal Complaint- 9:58 a.m.
Bridle Path Circle- Caller stated that there is a raccoon in her trash barrel. Officer assisted resident with releasing the animal.
Suspicious Activity- 10:11 a.m.
Dover Road- Caller report fraud.
Thursday- August 4, 2011
Suspicious Activity- 10:51 a.m.
Brookfield Road- Caller stated that there is a white moving van in their driveway. Reports it as suspicious.
Animal Lost/Missing- 8:32 p.m.
Miller Hill Road- Reporting party reported he found his missing dog in a storm drain on Miller Hill Drive. Owner got the dog out.
Friday- August 5, 2011
Hazardous Condition- 3:50 p.m.
Main Street- Caller reported a sink hole in the roadway by a drainage basin. Officer located the sink hole approximate 6" in diameter and relatively deep. Highway Dept. notified.
Suspicious Activity- 6:30 p.m.
County Street- Officer spoke to resident who stated that for the second consecutive day, they have returned home to find the cover open on the garage door keypad. Extra checks requested.
Saturday- August 6, 2011
Fireworks Complaint- 7:32 a.m.
Powder House Road- Resident reported fireworks being blown off around 2:00 a.m. Spent material found in the front yard and a residence at Village Hill Road had toilet paper in trees.
Trespass- 3:48 p.m.
Centre Street, Centre Street Bridge- Caller reported kids on the railroad bridge. Officer spoke to kids and advised them to stay off the bridge.
Animal Complaint- 9:51 p.m.
Centre Street- Reporting party reported seeing a bobcat cross the road and was concerned about residential area. Officer checked area and was unable to locate anything. Information passed on to the Animal Control Officer.

Wire(s) Down- 12:00 p.m.
Dedham Street and Strawberry Hill Road- Multiple calls regarding a transformer fire. Fire extinguisher used to put out fire cause by a wire down.
Gun Shots- 10:40 p.m.
Powissett Street- Caller reported hearing gunshots. Officer checking the area found one vehicle trying to flee the area.
Motor Vehicle Crash- 10:46 p.m.
Walpole Street and Powissett Street- Officer investigating prior call attempted to stop a vehicle speeding in the area. The vehicle went through a stop sign and into a tree. Operator transported to hospital. Criminal application citation issued to the operator for negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, marked lanes violation, and a stop sign violation.

Centre Street and Knollwood Drive- Officer reported a motor vehicle crash. No people injured. Information taken. Papers exchanged.
